Michael N. Benol
Mr. Benol has over 25 years of healthcare Marketing, Business Development and M&A experience building and transforming businesses in the healthcare IT market.
Focused on healthcare emerging technology solutions, Mr. Benol believes technology and data analytics can enhance the patient care experience and drive down operating costs.
His tenure of cultivating significant relationships with solution leaders and key position players around the globe has led Mr. Benol to establishing a company focused on Talent Consulting and Executive Search. The Benol Group LLC is affiliated with the MRINetwork International.
During his career, Mr. Benol has held key leadership roles expanding company portfolios in domestic and international markets.
Most recently, Mr. Benol was an executive leader at Diebold Healthcare and the former Executive Director of Heath Information Exchange for L-3 Communications. His roles focused on developing the strategy and healthcare brand centered on EMR, revenue cycle, interoperability and data exchange for Acute, Post-Acute, Ambulatory and Federal and State governments.
Mr. Benol was Global Director Business Development/Operations for the Computer Aided Cancer division at Eastman Kodak (Carestream Health). Prior to joining Kodak in 2006, Mr. Benol severed as Vice President Corporate Business Development for SoftMed Systems (3M Healthcare). Mr. Benol also held key leadership positions at Lernout and Hauspie and Pitney Bowes Corporation/Dictaphone.
Mr. Benol received a BS degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Kutztown University.
